Rainbow Cupcakes....Clever!

Even though we talk MOSTLY about Interior Design around here,  I love highlighting CREATIVE and innovative things! So, when Shari from Spearmint Baby introduced me to her rainbow cupcakes, I had to post it. Now, this is such a FUN & exciting recipe to put together with KIDS.....even though I don't have any, I'm certain my husband & I will enjoy trying this in our kitchen!   15. I haven't tried it yet, but it's on my to-do list! I wanna make a big rainbow cake with many layers.

    I love the process involved, the mixing of many layers of colorful batter.

  24. Oh the first time I made cupcakes, which was only last year, I made little rainbow anti-Valentine's Day ones. Super simple to make and so yummy :)

  41. yes! i made them last st.patricks day for my daughter's preschool class. i added a cloud of buttercream on top, a few shamrocks and even a gold-foiled wrapped chocolate coin... they were so much fun to make. here's a pic if you'd like to see...
