Did I just go Orla Kiely?!?!

Did I just go Orla Kiely?!?!?!? How did this happen? Anyhow, I was at a Target superstore here in Las Vegas and came across quite a few of her things. I was looking for bins that had nice colors....and these were the only ones that stood out, so I bought 5. I admit, I'm not a huge fan (yet) of her line, however, I do like some of her designs & colors. For example, these are some of my favorites below. I really LOVE how they look in my office! AND....I am kind of digging this tote below, I found it at Daytrip Society. I also put up my curtains, you can see them in the first pic (black & white fabric).

  6. what are they made of? i've browsed target for bins before and it seems like the sturdy ones are butt ugly and the pretty ones are totally flimsy. how do these rate? i love them, they're super cute! i could use some of those in my studio...

  8. i have to say that i have mixed feelings about her collection-some of the designs are really great but the colors don't pop out at me like i wish they did. still, i'm sure i'll be stopping by target and checking out her goodies soon!

  9. i am an orla kiely fan but i admit i am not in love with her target line either- its a little too retro feeling to me with the avocado, orange, and brown. i wish she did some of the products in her signature stem print (white with all the colorful leafs) but beggars can't be choosers!

I'm not sure what they're made of, but they are pretty darn sturdy. They have a fabric feel to them on the outside as well as inside. Definitely the best I saw at Target. : )

Target superstore, they didn't have one in my immediate neighborhood. So I had to drive like 10 minutes....but I love that BIG Target, they have everything there, even food!
