Home Tour...(Via Made By Girl)

I feel pretty DUMB admitting to this BUT someone named Kara shot this home tour & I just can't find her submission email!  If you know who they belong to, PLEASE let me know so I can LINK back & give her credit! My apologies....

Now, onto this home.....it's so clean & crisp! It reminds me of a home that's just being moved into where they decided to position ONLY their favorite pieces first! The kitchen has got to be my absolute favorite...can you guess why!!?

UPDATE: Photos are by Kara Shurtliff

However, the only space I couldn't quite figure out was the blue cabinet area, looks like a kitchen, but I don't see appliances or a stove..any ideas ? Laundry room? Enjoy!

  20. Beautiful home. This home is modern, very restrained and very crisp and it works. The kitchen and the blue room are absolutely gorgeous. I would add a few plants to bring some life in the space to make it cozier.

  25. Love the pastel colors and the brightness of the space - feels very ethereal! I'm a sucker for a stylishly staged room, so I truly wish the photos were a bit more propped and styled. Since the space is so stark, it's difficult to get an idea of what kind of person lives here [except that it's definitely a female LOL] It's a beautiful space with great potential!!

  27. Love the blue laundry room/workroom and the dark wood floors! Maybe the home isn't finished yet, looks like the bones were done well, now it will probably get more furnishings, art and accessories! All of the accessories are best evolving over time!

  28. Oh that's so funny. These are my images. Yes, they were still in the process of decorating. And I'm pretty sure the blue room is more of a craft room than anything, but I'd have to confirm that. Thanks, Jen! -Kara Shurtliff

  30. I'm 99% sure the blue cabinet room is intended to be a dish room. Like a room to store extra dishes and a place (other than the kitchen) to wash dishes when you have guests. Very pretty indeed!

  63. I'm wondering where in the house the blue room is?? I was thinking it could either be a large pantry/prep room if its near the kitchen, an arts and crafts room, maybe some kind of gardening room if its near a door to the outside (you could keep all your plants on the counters there and still have a sink for watering, etc), or maybe its just an office with a lot of storage although I'm not entirely sure what the sink would be for...

  64. Looks like a pantry off the kitchen to me. Pretty!
