My guy gave me an early Christmas gift - the gold link MK ring, which I've wanted for a few months now, how sweet is he?
The super sexy stilettos in the photos are from Zara. The heel is silver.....DARN. I wonder if I should bother painting it gold??? Thoughts? I'm also accessorizing with this cute leather fold over clutch, available soon on MadeByGirl!
So what do you think? Will you also be dressing in gold this new year?

This is an amazing outfit, Michael Kors is my favourite American designer!
ReplyDeleteReferring to the silver heel.. Have you tried with gold paint?! Or with a gold foil or glitter?! I hope these advices can help!

Great choice! I'll have floral dress from Lanvin <3 H&M collection, but will have golden clutch with it, so I will have a little bit of it while celebrating the New Year :)

I don't think there is a problem with the silver hell. First of all, it wil be dark enough that noone will notices. Second, in Paris they mix gold and silver without any doubts and it looks just amazing; effortless, glamourus & stylish. Just ho for it (and show as an outfit post please).

Love it all Jen...and I think the silver heel still works...but if you want to temporarily change it to gold you could always use gold washi tape to cover it for the night? and it peels off easily and wont leave any sticky residue afterwards.
ReplyDeleteWhat I love most is that Coco Chanel Mademoiselle..its my ultimate favourite perfume in the whole wide world..my signature smell...thats what makes me feel all glam and sexy ; ) Look forward to some happy snaps of the night ; ) x
love the gold and black combination!

Sparkle!
I'll be wearing random free items folks and boys in the forest have given to me on occasions....
Honestly, I think you're good to go. The dress isn't a super yellow gold color so I think the silver looks great. Such a nice hubby you have!
ReplyDeleteLove it! I'd love to see you in this fab outfit, do share if you can :)
ReplyDeleteAs far as the heal goes, I think it will look great, I kind of like it when things are not so matchy matchy, make it more interesting and adds that effortless chic look.
Happy Holidays!!!

everything looks SO perfect! great choices.
ReplyDeleteAdorable NYE outfit - I would definitely not change the heel of the shoes. It will look great in silver as the dress looks more platinum than super gold.
ReplyDeletethose heels are amazing!

Love the heels. I say keep them silver.
ReplyDeleteP.S. Do you have an Instagram account? I have tried searching jenramos and madebygirl with no luck...
MARTHA:
ReplyDeleteThanks, I think i may just leave them silver... :)
I do have an instagram account but its a personal one.
I love this perfume, and I use it also!
ReplyDeletecute, cute, but please don't paint the heel, I mix silver and gold all the time, my dining room is cream silver pink and gold and i us silver and gold through out my home. And I don't like matchy matchy things either....maybe you do, if so when life gives you lemons, paint it gold!
ReplyDeletelove it all! That dress is a true stunner! And secondly, don't bother painting the heel, it will be fine ;)
ReplyDeleteCoco Mademoiselle is my absolute favorite fragrance! Don't paint the heel on the Zara stilleto's.... I love the look of mismatched metallics :) Otherwise, that looks amazing! What a sweet husband :)

Love those heels! I wouldn't paint them, but I like mixed metallics. Love the sparkle! Have fun!
ReplyDeleteGreat choice for dress and shoes. Love it! I think you should keep the heel as is. The dress is light enough. Perhaps wear a ring that has silver or silver and gold in it. Enjoy!
ReplyDeletegorgeous!
