FASHION: 5 Comfy Holiday Sweaters

Many of us will be attending Holiday parties or just family gatherings this Season.  For me, I'll be heading to a family gathering where we will (for the first time ever) do a Christmas sweater theme. This is NOT a common thing for my family, but my brother suggested it 2 weeks ago along with some hot chocolate - & I said, "Um, YEA!!"

With that said, I spent the last week looking for the right sweater that wasn't going to have me sweating up a storm while indoors!  I finally decided on this one.

If you're thinking of the same, I pulled together 5 sweatshirts that I thought would work nicely for a family gathering or office party. In the meanwhile Happy Shopping! I will shoot a few pics for my instagram + show it on my SnapChat: CocoaAndHearts around Christmas time. Stay tuned!

summer style wishlist

Summer time is not my favorite season, but I do love shopping for Summer outfits.  Things like sandals and short dresses are a must-have.....I do tend to lean toward a more neutral look and black being my favorite go-to color ...I know, boring...but matches with almost everything. Anyhow, my Birthday is in August & so I rounded up a wishlist of cute Summer items.  Maybe they will inspire you to get some last minute shopping this season!

DESIGN: NAUTICAL STYLE

Hi all, it's Monika from ohmydeco here, bringing a fresh dose of design! The summer is fully on now everywhere and all I can think about is going away somewhere hot and sandy! I've been really inspired by nautical design recently, pale colored boho accents mixed with nautical details like stripes and navy blue.  It's a perfect beach house look of course but you can also add some of those beautiful accessories to your bedroom of living room to bring the Hamptons home!

FASHION: 28 ESSENTIAL ITEMS

Hi everyone, this is Sandra from Blasfemmes. Since this is my first post of 2015 I want to wish you all a happy 2015, filled with lots of love, success and health! I entered this new year with a more "minimalist" approach shopping wise. The beginning of the year is always the time of amazing sales, shopping temptations and even great deals but this year I found myself thinking: what do I really need in my wardrobe right now? This post is exactly about that: the items I consider essentials and therefore great things to buy (in or out of sale season).

Did I forget to mention anything? What are the items you consider essential in your wardrobes?

By Malene Birger

Malene Birger is one of my favorite designers for this year - I have to admit I love almost everything in the collection.  The brand is all about stron graphics, but they still look sophisticated. Let's face it, some designers do a poor job of adding graphics into their collections, and all i can say is "tacky". But NOT with Malene Birger, the collection is always sharp & modern.  It's a bit of the past transported into the future when you see the clothing, at least that's what I think.  Check out the video on the site to see what I mean - gotta LOVE it.

FASHION: Winter Neutrals

Hi everyone, Adri here of Adri's World. Happy 2014 to you! As much as I love the holidays, I am glad they're over and I'm ready for this new year. One of the best things about starting a new year is the idea of a fresh, clean start and after all the sparkle and shine that comes with the holidays I like to keep things simple, clean yet stylish this time of year.

Two colors that I love when it comes to fashion are grey and black! You can pair them with anything—patterns, colors, or together and you'll look amazing.  Here are a few of my favorite winter neutrals. I'd wear them all at once and maybe add a pop of color and pattern with a scarf, a skirt & tights or pants.

Do like to wear neutral colors in the winter or do you like to add color to your outfits?

FASHION: LEOPARD LOAFERS

Hi everyone! This is Sandra from Blasfemmes. I’m here to share with you a trend I personally love and wear: leopard loafers. For me leopard loafers are super versatile because they combine comfort and trendiness and although their shape is rather masculine in this particular print I consider them to be very feminine. They’re also perfect to add that little extra touch to a casual or a wear to work look. Here are some of my favorites this season:

These are the two pairs I own and I can’t live without (left: Massimo Dutti / right: Tosca Blu).
Are you a fan of loafers or not really? Do you own this kind of shoes?

Steal Her Style

Hi everyone! It's Carlinn here from Superficialgirls and today I am going to show you how to steal some Fashion Week style!

New York fashion week has gone by in a flurry of snow and gorgeous outfits and even a blizzard couldn't keep the stylish crowd from the shows! I especially love this bright yellow look that Nicole from Gary Pepper wore. It stood out so well with the snow behind it and it is definitely a change from the darker shades you usually see in fashion when the weather is cold.

A cute DIY way to mimic her fruit sweater is to use any one you have already and buy a fruit applique to iron on to it. Its a great way to save money and stay on trend!

1. Camilla & Marc trousers

2. White collar shirt from Topshop
3. Asos pointed white heels
4. Pear applique from Embroidery delight
5. Christopher Kon clutch
6. J. Crew Tippi sweater
7. Yellow coat from Farfetch

The Deux Lux Empire Clutch

Thank you to my new friends over at Deux Lux - They sent a beautiful gift for me last week... one of my favorite clutches, the empire clutch. I know, many of you, like myself, have seen this clutch featured on countless blogs. You probably even thought of buying it, right? Well, here it is in a different light. I'm so happy with it so far, I definitely think you should get one!

I'm showing you what it looks like on the inside since i hadn't seen many pics of that...it's a pretty dark purple color, nice huh?  It's a great clutch to go out to dinner with or attend any event...& yes, it's edgy, but that's what I love about it!

It comes in 3 different colors, you can check them out via Deux Lux.

If you like the blush colored one, go here.
Thank you Deux Lux!
