12 Mother's Day Gift Ideas

Hello everyone!!!

It's almost the end of April & guess what? Mother's day next month! I know some of you may be wondering....what in the world do I get mom??? Or the wife?   - Often times even my husband will be at a loss what to get his own mom or me on Mom's day!  So, if you're like my husband and not so good at figuring those things out, I'm here to give you a few ideas.

Guys: How-To gift your woman Beauty Products

I always find that beauty products make great gifts, but people don't often gift them.  My husband rarely gets me makeup, unless I request it...but if I told him to guess, I'm sure he would have a pretty good idea of what to get.  So, guys....if you don't know anything about make-up (don't feel so bad, most men don't) there are many different ways to find out what your gal would love beauty-wise.  My suggestion would be: 

• Take note of the beauty products your gal currently uses daily.  
• See if anything is running low. 
• You can also discretely ask how she likes a certain product she is using...or ask what it's for. 
• Ask her what her favorite shades are if you're thinking of gifting lipstick.  
• Be creative, add a box of luxurious chocolates with your gift!  My suggestion would be Vosges luxury truffles.

JEN'S FESTIVE GIFT IDEAS: KIDDOS

Anyone know someone who is having a baby? If you do, then I pulled together some great gift ideas for you!  We're in the process of adoption & I admit (even though we a have a ways to go), I've purchased a couple of things, as I like to be hopeful. One thing I purchased is my favorite childhood book called Corduroy by Don Freeman.  - Have you read it?  Sweetest story ever for kids.
