Hello everyone! Thank you for the lovely comments some of you left for me in my Friday post... it's been a stressful few days - but things got better on Sunday, thank God.
When things aren't going so well, I LOVE looking at pretty photographs, I day DREAM and pretend to be in those places (in my mind of course) ever done that before?!? Yesterday, while day-dreaming I came across photographer, Adrian Wilson. His work is stunning - and I can't seeM to get enough of it. The staircase looking down image is just brilliant, don't you think?

ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous pictures. I especially love the looking down on the floral painting, the staircase, and the bathroom scene with the view of the city. To have a view like that would be amazing!

Dear Jen
ReplyDeleteI am glad my work has given you and the posters here so much pleasure. It is a privelege to be asked to photograph so many wonderful residences for clients such as Architectural Digest and Interior Design magazine.
The bathroom is located on the top penthouse (half the whole floor) of the Bloomberg Tower in New York. If you look at the architectural section of my website you may see a blue early morning shot of the city dominated by the white citicorp tower, which was my view when I woke up in the apt to take a sunrise shot.
I was recently asked to shoot a brownstone just off 5th Ave in the 70's which was bought unseen by an anonymous buyer. They are having it renovated and remodelled by a starchitect for the next 3 years and it will be a home for the owner's children when they go to college. Funny thing is that the owner doesn't even have kids yet! There's rich and then there's the 0.00001%
Despite dipping into the lives of people with much more money, my perfect home is really all about the things that are free - friends and family.
