Rainbow Cupcakes....Clever!
Even though we talk MOSTLY about Interior Design around here, I love highlighting CREATIVE and innovative things! So, when Shari from Spearmint Baby introduced me to her rainbow cupcakes, I had to post it. Now, this is such a FUN & exciting recipe to put together with KIDS.....even though I don't have any, I'm certain my husband & I will enjoy trying this in our kitchen! We just made rainbow cupcakes for my son's first birthday. they worked really well... not as bright as these but still good.

I haven't tried it yet, but it's on my to-do list! I wanna make a big rainbow cake with many layers.
I love the process involved, the mixing of many layers of colorful batter.
Oh yes, this is a must-try! Cupcakes + bright colors + the chance to act like a kid in the kitchen = Positively wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing; I can't wait to tackle this fun recipe with Mr. M.

Oh the first time I made cupcakes, which was only last year, I made little rainbow anti-Valentine's Day ones. Super simple to make and so yummy :)

Mmm! I've made rainbow cake before, but never cupcakes! Maybe that will be next on the list. I love how it even turns the cupcake paper rainbow.
We had a friend that made a 6-layer rainbow cake to celebrate Pride this year...it was gorgeous!

yes! i made them last st.patricks day for my daughter's preschool class. i added a cloud of buttercream on top, a few shamrocks and even a gold-foiled wrapped chocolate coin... they were so much fun to make. here's a pic if you'd like to see...
