Anita Kaushal's London Home....

I am such a book ADDICT....especially design books! One of my favorites is by Anita Kaushal called 'The Family At Home' which I highly recommend. Speaking of homes, last year Anita posted about her own home on her blog and I meant to share it here but somehow got lost in the mix of everything! Her home has definitely been an inspiration to me, hope it inspires you too!

How cool is that swing in her home?? I bet her kids LOVE it!

She has a gorgeous home! I have been thinking about putting a swing in our house since the winters are so long here in Denmark, so it's fun to see one in action. I love it and I know my kids would too!

I love that swing! every kid should absolutely grow up with one. It's such a cliche to say but her home seems to be the kind of haven where the stresses of the day melts away once you enter, its so serene.

It's very nice although I think for me is a little too stark and white!
It works to bring in a lot of natural light which is fantastic! These are great inspirational photos.

White can be so simple but gorgeous. I especially like how it is used in Norwegian interiors.

Love the little girls room! My son would love the bunk beds with the shelves. He is constantly needing his books and cars right next to him while he sleeps. This would be perfect for him.

A minimalist decor looks the best when gorgeous pieces are placed strategically to enhance its beauty and the overall beauty of the entire space...and she definitely achieved this.

I loved the way she used the chandelier in her bathroom. Also, in the pink bedroom.

How bizarre. I have been thinking about this book for ages too and finally got around to posting about it last week. Our brains must have been linked!
