Last week someone suggested I visit Lillian August on 20th street here in Manhattan! I had no idea what to expect, but I have to say....I really loved this store! They had a bunch of cool accessories as well as pillows & all types of interesting furniture!
I TOTALLY fell in love with an x bench, I almost bought it - but realized I had nowhere to put it....!
Darn this LACK of space...!!

ReplyDeletethose orange velvet piped chairs are lush!
ReplyDeleteI've not been (I live in the UK) but it looks amazing! X
ReplyDeleteAwesome shop! Its very limiting living in a small apartment, so many beautiful things to buy, and never anywhere suitable to put them.. Ahh the sacrifices we make to live in the city's we love! We have the same problem with our place here in Sydney.

I was there two weekends ago - I wish they put some more furniture in their lower level (it's a waste). Their Norwalk CT location is 10 times better (and worth driving the hour from NYC).
ReplyDeleteThey decorated a really nice pool house in the Hampton Designer Showcase a few years ago. So cute.
......all those brushes are my favourite!
