I noticed in her bio we have a couple things in common, we both blog, have online stores, are Christians, and love colorful ART. The one thing we didn't have in common that I noticed was..... I can't stand Dr. Pepper! Ha!
How cool is this attic stairwell? They placed paint chips as decor to add some color and interest! Neat!

Lovely home. I remembered seeing someone else using paint chips as wall coverings in a post in Apartment Therapy and now I am seeing it here again, which is very cool. It goes to show that there are many creative people on the web! :)
ReplyDeleteAlso, I love the bright yellow mirror on the black wall. I had been wanting a yellow mirror on my wall too but it's just very hard to find one. I suppose the way to go is to spray paint a plain mirror, perhaps!
Thanks for sharing the beautiful home tours. I enjoyed this series very much!

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for featuring our cozy little home Jen, and thank you for the kind compliments everyone! :)
ReplyDeleteThe yellow mirror in the black library IS actually a $10 flea market find that was spray painted, and we got the idea for the Beatles painting from a very similar one in an Apartment Therapy house tour. It was the perfect solution to tie in our trashed (at the time) floors while we waited to refinish them, so we picked a fun lyric & added in some neon outlining paint as well. :)
