I have to admit, I tried shopping for RED jeans, but for some reason I never came across a pair that was LONG enough at the bottom!! Know what I mean?!?
Personally, I CAN'T STAND jeans that STOP above my ankles - YUCK... just not for me! However, I finally found some LONG skinnies at Joe's Jeans & they have a few different colors to choose from...which is nice!
The colored denim T-R-E-N-D is in.... & I'm all for it, except I have yet to sport one of these colors......
Do you have any colored denim in your closet?? If not, would you wear these? What color??

Nothing too crazy for me - I wear white denim.

ReplyDeleteI think the red is bold amd cute. The bright blue jeans are nice too, and not as 'out there' as the hot pink....although, we do love hot pink! I would go for red.

ReplyDeletei am almost 5'8" which really isn't that tall...but it is all legs... and most jeans in my size stop at a 32 inch inseam!
i HATE skinny jeans though. WHY? because non-skinny people keep wearing them AND even skinny people look odd in them. they just are not attractive to me.
I say wear a bootcut or slight flare!
About 7 years ago I had some red jeans that I would wear with cute t's but I felt I outgrew them, not in size but in style and age. Granted I'm only 35, but I started to swing more towards the pin-up look. I would probably pick a few of these up in capri's and wear them with some cute heels though. They are definitely cute!

My first jeans are actually red, which is a nice red, not the crazy blinding red. I wouldn't mind wearing another pair of red jeans again. Other bolder colors, maybe not! :)

Yes! I had a great pair of red flared jeans from Newport News (newport-news.com) and unfortunately, I got rid of them as they were too big. I went online to see if I could get another pair and couldn't find any at Newport News. I also had white which I love. I would LOVE another pair of red jeans, low waist and bootleg. Let me know if you find any!!! :0

ReplyDeleteoh boy, I remember buying colored denim jeans on sale at Kmart for a dollar when I was 8. Could probably sell them for a lot now! I don't think I could pull these off now days though, but doesn't mean I won't think of trying.

ReplyDeleteI have a pair of red jeans that I absolutely love and after trying on two other colors recently, I've been thinking about branching out and getting another color. I'm thinking fuschia like Aimee's.
I used to have a pair of neon yellow skinny jeans... But I would go for a blue, pink or red pair like the images your provided :)

So skinny jeans were a nightmare at one point. I finally got over that fear...& I know what u mean about inseams... That's alo my problem, very annoying

So I have been looking for colored jeans for a while, and I found the perfect pair for $15 at TJ Maxx! They are long fuschia skinny jeans by Zana Di, and I got them in the juniors section. They're a deep rasberry color. It was one of those weird situations where I didn't even bother trying them on in the store, and they fit perfectly. I figured they would because they were really stretchy. I wear a size 8 in women's clothes, but I go for the size 11 in juniors skinny jeans (I have another pair from Target that I wear all the time that fit exactly the same as my new pair). These photos you posted give me an idea how to style them!
