i LOVE it!!! but if you do feel it doesn't have enough color the light blue would look really cute.. kinda like icy..hehe yup my tree is up...its been up since the beginning of november. haha
Oh I love it, but then I'm a fan of gray and white (my whole house is gray and white). But will be curious to see what you do with it if you do add more. It's so funny when people who love color like yourself reduce to basics (I'm in the same quandry with my fashion line!)
I love the simple color theme. Maybe add another element like silver ribbon starting at the top and wrapping all the way down. Or get some white or silver organza and bunch it at the bottom instead of doing a skirt. That's what I did this year and I love it, gave it a more whimsical feel.
i love it just the way it is! and i think the way the light is hitting those ornaments they already look silvery blue so it complements your print quite nicely.
my tree is up. you can check it out here: http://creativeenvy.wordpress.com/2008/12/07/decking-the-halls/
i'm embarrassed how much time i've spent on it and i'm still not done. i think next year i'm either going to get a real tree or replace my fake one with a TRUE fake, like a pink, white or black one cuz if you're not gonna go for the real thing, might as well have fun with it, right?
I think it looks fab the way it is! Once you have gifts under the tree it will add more colour & fill up that space, K.I.S.S= Keep It Simple Sister its my motto & sticking with it:)
Thanks for all the comments & suggestions! I may just leave it the way it is for now....wait until I start adding gifts...and see what it looks like at that point. Not that I have a ton of gifts...due to this terrible economy ...! : )
Hope you're still taking suggestions. It looks like it was made for the space. I would make sure that the wrapping paper was in an icy blue to give that whole color a little drama and tie the room all in. Prospero Ano y muchas felicidades!
gorgeous. I love how simple yet pretty it is.

I think it is beautiful. The only thing I would do is add a bunch more ornaments. Mine is dripping with ornaments from just about every branch.
