Hi MBG readers! Amanda here. Today I'll be sharing with you one of my favorite rooms to decorate: the home office. With my recent move, I am excited to finally have my own workspace and complete freedom to discover my personal style. And with summer in full swing, there's no better time to start redecorating or switching out images on the pinboard and gallery wall.
Even though I had to use my dining area as a desk in my previous apartment, it was always the messiest and most susceptible to clutter. And for those working from home, it's the one room most spend in and we know how design affects the way we feel and think. Prettying up the space helps keep it the way it should be - constantly inspiring! For this office space, I chose Jennifer Fisher's soho showroom and office as the main inspiration. Her glam and edgy yet casual office is one I would love to spend long work days in.

Such cool ideas! i'm always trying to figure out how to make my desk area more chic and functional. I love the white desk and the idea of placing figurines on it!

Awesome! That office is so inspiring. I have one of those Harry Allen piggies in black however it has taken a couple spills off our coffee table and has some broken appendages. I may go for the gold next! xoxo
ReplyDeleteObsessed with the acrylic letter!

ReplyDeleteLove an edgy office. It would be perfect for me, if we had an actual room for an office. I love every piece!

My desk at work is unfortunately oh-so-boring, but I've been thinking of investing in a little workspace for home. Love the gold and white - especially that lil pig!
