One of my favorite magazine sites is Hus and Hem...I find myself spending time on there when I have time off. Here is a sense of what kind of homes they feature in their gorgeous publication! (Which we don't get in the USA) I swear, it seems all the good mags are international! Come on America, get with it! Domino was one of the best....so, I'm afraid I'll have to get most of my inspiration online for now. Even though, I pick up LIVING Etc. every month!

there are so many clever ideas on here. I love the one wall only being wallpapered in a couple of the rooms. The kids room with loft bed and lounge area underneath is really nice too!

ReplyDeleteThese images are so beautiful...thank you for sharing. I'm definitely bookmarking. I need a source for decor inspiration now that Domino is no longer.
ReplyDeleteThis is a bit random but does anyone remember this house from the Ikea Magazine?
ReplyDeleteI'm sure it's been featured in there before – as I remember that someone had made a seat out of a bookcase by putting legs on it – a very good idea.
I've got this magazine. Sometimes I'm happy I live in Sweden (not very often though, it's a bloudy cold country). Love this home, the interior are so fun and creative.
ReplyDeleteMy parents got the sofa on the first pic at their house in white and a rug like that in black, really nice :)
ReplyDeleteHi

CONVERSATION PIECES:
ReplyDeleteMust have been the foreign IKEA...I dont recall these in the USA version...hmmmm
;)
I cannot agree more, how come the european magazines do a better job in posting really nice interior pics. More and more, I am attracted towards the scandinavian/japanese design. I love the light colors used with a bit of colors.
ReplyDeleteThe Living room with the turquoise and dark wood cabinet is my fav. thanks for sharing. Btw, the magazine, does it have an English version?
what a gorgeous home! It's so colorful and easy to live in.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know where to get the sofa from the first pic?
ReplyDeleteI like her kitten... :)
