Sisters, Catherine and Mary emailed these pics of Catherine's home to share with all of us. It has a chic surf-loving vibe to it, don't you think? You can also catch these ladies via their blog at 'Pretty Pleased' and take a peek at Catherine's cool boutique in North Carolina called Hallelu. I love this shop....it has the cutest summer dresses! Hoping their space inspires you....
As for the home decor:
Catherine leans more toward vintage, antique and thrifted pieces. On the other hand, her (ex-pro surfer) husband, Dave prefers clean, modern and
minimal...they have compromised in designing their home to create a space that combines old, new, worn and sleek. Both like organic elements such as the dining room branch art, animal skin rug, and ocean inspired touches!
with those zebra-inspired details, this home looks so stylish! but! decorated with white it's still a very cozy space! thank you for sharing, Jen! xoxo
