Update on my Family room Re-do....

It seems to be coming along nicely! I am still waiting on the sofa to be delivered as well as a new coffee table! So, what do you think of my canvas painting? I think it came out pretty close to my inspiration pic! Hoping to have everything ready by the end of this month.

    Pretty cool how the painting came out, are you considering framing it ?
    I LOVE the mirror over the fire place, though I can't help "wanting" to paint it in a glossy black color :)

    Yes... I like that art piece so much I decided to make it as close as I could. I used two paintings...but if you look closely it isn't identical.

    I love the painting, well done - the mirror is also gorgeous. It's quite unfortunate that televisions have to be such an eyesore.

    I wouldnt have one if I wasnt addicted to crappy reality TV!

    Oh, I love that idea...hopefully it didn't cost too much. I, too, am in the midst of brainstorming creative ways to decorate the walls in my apartment. I might hang up some of my old B & W photos from art school, but I am really loving the idea of painting some canvases too. You did a great job!
