Isabella & Max Rooms....Home Tour

Janell Beals, author of the Isabella & Max Rooms blog is now one of my favorite 'go-to" blogs.  I have fallen in LOVE with her amazing home & all her DIY projects. I SWEAR, I think I went through every single page on her blog....and absolutely loved it!  She was kind enough to let me share her home with all of you. Even though I dream of living in a modern, high-rise apt., her house is definitely dreamy! My favorite is the kitchen & the large canvas her daughter painted...!

So, what do you think of her home & the way she displays her children's art? Clever no?!

Jennifer, thank you so much for featuring my home and blog! I am absolutely thrilled...

You selected one of my favorite photos of our dog, Roscoe, taken after he had attempted to chew on a newly refinished piece. He looks sheepish for a good reason.

I need to have children to get some art like that. Or maybe I just need to find my inner child and let it out. Love it.

I love the fact that she framed that beautiful Dahlia Aegean fabric. I've been swooning over that print for months and awaiting a price drop!

I'm definitely tucking away some ideas about how to display kid's art for one day when I have a few kiddos - I love how she displays it in highly public areas of the house without seeming cheesy or too personal.

I love her blog and her home is incredible! As we speak, I have stacks of my kids' artwork and empty frames just sittng here in my office. I'm now inspired to get on with it and get them on the walls.

You're welcome, my pleasure!
Your dog is so cute....if I ever get another dog, it will look just like your Roscoe. I still wonder how you keep your house so clean with little kids around?!

You're welcome..I prefer BIG images too...but that isn't always the case. Glad Janell had the larger versions available for us. :)))

She is got very good taste! the house is almost too neat though... I like my place to be a bit more boheme with more clash of colors.
