I don't know about the rest of you, but this girl is very ready for 2009! So, when Jen asked me for my top picks to start off the New Year, I was excited to make a list of classics, necessities, and a few truly original pieces all of which I'd love to add to my wardrobe or home this year...

The lotus flower symbolizes renewal, so how perfect would this gorgeous vintage chandelier. I'm really feelin' red these days, so when I saw this dress from Lela Rose with its fun ruffled collar I immediately fell in love. A classic piece with a little flair, this dress would be a welcome addition to the wardrobe for 2009. Those of you who are familiar with coco+kelley know that I can't resist my big cocktail rings! And, since 'mimosa yellow' is the official color for the new year, I figured I might as well choose a ring suited for the occasion - a lemon quartz ring from Monica Vinader.

oh i love those tumblers! and the lela rose dress, obvi!
