La Casa De Doris....

I always love to highlight other creative people...and even though I've featured Doris before (here).... I'm excited to be featuring her again! She made a few changes to her home since then & was kind enough to let me share the pictures with all of you!!

Venetian mirrors look great almost anywhere in the home. I thought about buying two for my master bathroom....

There's something super cool about a LARGE photograph framed behind a glass. This is something I've thought about doing in my own home. 

Not sure where I'd put it, but it has to be a PHOTOGRAPH that doesn't tire easily...you know, something you can look at everyday & still ADORE....

Her style is definitely unique & playful. I wish I had more friends with her style & creativity in home decor- I'm sure it would be so inspiring to visit her home!

How interesting is this artwork? It reminds me of a board game! Oh and it also contains my fave word "LOVE"

I love modern bathrooms & in this case i like how the bright and colorful pendant adds interest and breaks up this white space.

Coisas Da Doris & Alice in Wonderland..

Doris from Coisas Da Doris , a wonderful boutique in Brazil sent over these new photos of her shop.  For those of you who are fans of Alice in Wonderland, you'll be glad to know that Doris has a special event  at the shop with an 'all things Alice' theme. How cute is this? The store is decorated like a fairy tale dream! You'll be able to purchase many of the Alice in Wonderland goodies there if you are in Brazil! Coisas Da Doris....Her Home & Shop!

I got an email from a lovely woman named Doris, she's from Brazil & owns her own little shop in Sao Paulo, called Coisas Da Doris. Her shop is situated in a charming house, where each room shows off how things can be easily put together without much money. I love to hear from other women entrepreneurs, so when Doris wrote to show me her beautifully decorated home, I was all for it! You see, her home was published in the popular Brazilian magazine called 'Casa Claudia Revista' (which I blogged about here) and she wanted to share her stylish & simple decor with my readers. The photos from Doris's home were shot by her husband & professional photographer, Valentino Fialdini. I really LOVE the simplicity & splashes of color!
