LUX/EROS CERAMICS

Hey everyone! I'm still here...but been busier these days on my instagram to tell you the truth. Ha! Anyway,  I found this cute California based company I wanted to share. It's called Lux Eros.

LUX / EROS is a lifestyle brand & design studio by creative consultant Desanka N. Fasiska. They create handmade ceramics and textiles for the home. The ceramics are so interesting & chic looking, reminds me a bit of the Kelly Wearstler home stuff.  These are chunky & unique pieces, I bet they would definitely strike up a conversation at any dinner gathering don't you think?  My favorite piece from her collection is the Golden Kiss Vessel.

What's yours?

Me = Crazy About Ceramics...(Via Made By Girl)

I SERIOUSLY l-o-v-e ceramics in a home. I recently bought a Tibor, which is a ginger jar here in the US but a classic decor piece in Mexico. I haven't decided where to place mine, but for now I'm keeping it on the bookshelf in my office. What do you think?!?

I purchased this HANDMADE piece via Emilia Ceramics. They actually sell an extensive ceramic collection (all handmade) and this particular one also comes in a blue & white ZIG ZAG as a a lamp base!

I can't wait to fill this GORGEOUS jar with a bouquet of FRESH FLOWERS one of these days!

Another ceramics shop I wanted to share with you was Jill Rosenwald. This shop has a ton of ceramics, from vases to cute little ICE CREAM bowls!

Imagine showing off this ice cream bowl at a dinner party?!? I'm sure it would get all the attention!  These are also all handmade pieces as well, which I love!

Ceramics From Harabu House...(Via Made By Girl)

Ever since my KITCHEN was finished.... I've been looking around for cute little ceramics that I could display & use. I have a collection of SEA SALTS, spices & other that could work well with ceramics, especially to display at dinner parties!

Harabu House just might be a great source to satisfy those little desires!  I'll let Shilpa the owner of Harabu House tell you more about her shop..... (in her own words) below.

"I recently launched Harabu House, an online boutique for modern home accessories which has a global element to it. Having grown up in Singapore, I was exposed to varying influences, since Singapore is a country that bridges both modern and ancient cultures seamlessly.

My design aesthetic tends to be primarily modern, with asian influences (indian, cambodian, thai, malay, japanese etc) in design and art. So some of the products i procure tend to lean in that direction. First and foremost modern, but with a bit of a global influence, if i can find it.  Also, several of my finds are handmade and eco-friendly as well."

Thanks to Shilpa for sharing this with us!  I have to say my favorite is the salt & pepper cellar with the gold spoon! How cute would that look on my breakfast table?? Love it!

Deeeeelicious...

I've always been drawn to creative people. Trixiedelicious is all about being creative! Take a PEEK at some of their other vintage plates & cups and you'll see what I mean. Did people just get more & more creative as the years went by?? I don't remember anything like this when I was a young girl. Stuff like this is appearing everywhere, from headboards, note cards to dishware. I think its great!
