My Latest West Elm Purchase.....

Got a new cushion (which was on SALE) from West Elm and I also picked up their hand knit throw which is soo amazingly soft! I had been contemplating on getting this for awhile now & it's finally on the sofa. A couple years ago I really wasn't into West Elm, it's amazing how my taste has evolved. Now, I can't get enough of their store! The sheepskin throw hanging on the back of my sofa is from Ebay, I ordered two of them  ....they're the ones from IKEA.

Have you purchased anything from West Elm lately? If so, what?

  16. my entire bedroom is West Elm. Got is all about 2 months ago. I got the white pintuck duvet with matching pillows. The cool white and dark blue gray striped sheets, the same wool blanket that lays at the end of my bed (LOVE it), and a long gray knot wool accent pillow. I got the big glass pendant lights (to hang on each side of my bed), and I had a bed made that looks similar to their bed with the big storage drawers underneath, the head board had a big rectangular cut out, and its white. I LOVE my room now that it is almost complete. I still have an ikea dresser that I want to replace but it does the job and doesn't look bad for now. I am thinking of getting the window pane day bed for the daughters room when I convert her nursery.

  24. I'm a New Yorker now living in Memphis and though sadly, we don't have a West Elm store here, we do have their outlet! You've inspired me to get those leopard pillows, as I just saw them the other day! I've had my eye on them, and couldn't decide. Hope they are still there! I never leave that outlet emptyhanded! Thanks for the inspiration!

  26. First and only purchase from west elm so far is their jay desk in chocolate. It is pure perfection for my new office set up in the livingroom. Much larger then it appears in the pictures and love the roll out on it. I have my 24" iMac on it and it is a perfect distance for working.

Just wishthere where mire locations in Canada as I had to travel almost two hours to Toronto to get it! But I'd do it again in a heart beat :-)

  41. I love the simple uncluttered beauty of West Elm products. I often recommend their pillow (cushion inserts) to my customers. The 12" x 21" is a perfect size for a nice colorful pillow on a bed or sofa. And their prices are great!

  44. Really Interesting choice of wall color... I am in the process of decorating a studio in NYC which is a blank canvas and just purchased the Cooper collection from WE (couch, armchair and ottoman) in Stone color and will fill the room with accents of espresso woods and plum sheer drapes. Any insight on wall color? Thinking a light grey but, yours is intruiging... I am lately OBSESSED with wall dressings and colors. Help!
