I came across this colorful loft apartment via Deco Soup & had to share. These are the types of images that I stare at for a little too long, analyzing all the artwork, furniture, accessories etc. It's kind of like I take it all in as inspiration for the next time I decide to decorate my own home. Ever find yourself doing that??
Yes, exactly! When I stumble across images like that it just hits you over the head because there's so many gorgeous items to take in all at once. I start breaking things down, looking at the individual pieces of furniture or artwork, trying to see how some unlikely designs can work together to create a beautiful big picture.
ReplyDeleteI have many pictures that I "get lost" in, just looking and trying to figure out all of the little details. That's why I admire people to manage to get their house looking not only beautiful, but interesting as well.

ReplyDeleteOh....I also really like the large artwork in pic #1...!! It's so original for a living room piece...and I like how it takes up that entire wall - fitting perfectly.
